It is our mission to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in helping the baptized to open themselves more fully to the movement of the Holy Spirit in their lives. We also seek to provide an environment in our prayer meeting where people can grow in the Holy Spirit with the goal of ones ongoing transformation into the likeness of Jesus.
"Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a life-transforming experience of the love of God the Father poured into one’s heart by the Holy Spirit, received through a surrender to the lordship of Jesus Christ. It brings alive sacramental baptism and confirmation, deepens communion with God and with fellow Christians, enkindles evangelistic fervor and equips a person with charisms for service and mission." (Baptism in the Holy Spirit, ICCRS Doctrinal Commission)
Who are we?
We are not an organization, as such. We are a community that gathers weekly to help each other live a life in the Holy Spirit through prayer and study; also, by our service to others in sharing with them the good news of the empowering of the Holy Spirit which results from being baptized in the Holy Spirit. For more information please contact our Ministry Leader.
"The Spirit then manifests gifts of knowledge, prophecy, wisdom, understanding, discernment of spirits, healing, praying, speaking and singing in tongues and interpretation of tongues." (1 Cor 12: 7-11)
